Intentional Training. Lasting Results.
Sierra Conrad founded Integrity Sport Horse in 2016 while completing her education in Equine Science and Equine Business Management at the University of Guelph. With a lifelong passion for horses and a deep understanding of the dedication they require, Sierra brings both knowledge and intuition to every horse in her care.
Throughout her career, Sierra has worked at some of the most prestigious training barns on the West Coast, including time alongside professionals such as Karl Cook, Eric Navet, and Steffen Peters. These experiences provided insight into a variety of high-level programs and management styles, helping her define her own approach — one that prioritizes thoughtful conditioning, individualized care, and long-term success for each horse.
At Integrity Sport Horse, Sierra personally oversees all training and rehabilitation programs. She meticulously designs and manages each training and rehabilitation program, ensuring that every horse and rider receives the highest level of support — both in the barn and in the ring.

At Welch Equestrian, we specialize in colt starting, tune-ups, and western performance, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation. Our mission is to develop confident, responsive, and mentally sound horses through patient, purposeful training rooted in traditional western horsemanship.
With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both performance development and physical recovery, Grace Welch offers training programs tailored to each horse’s unique needs—whether they’re just getting started, coming back from time off, or needing a mental and physical reset.
